This is a preference share, a preferred type of share, which has a higher return then the older PCPS0001 offer. The return is 9.05% cumulative and participating. The cost is more affordable at $24.90 per share.

This is a smaller Bond but still with excellent returns. This type has an initial cost (face value) of $500 and a fixed income (coupon payment) of $270 on maturity after 3years. It will be trade able for a quick profit. The return is the equivalent of 18% for three years.
